Homemade Chutney – Sauces

Hello friends. The chutney is a bittersweet retains that used to accompany meat, poultry and paté. Cooking should last until the consistency of jam, but neither are evil reduced to a purée. Anyone who has visited the great modern haute cuisine restaurants, you will have noticed that many dishes include existing literature the word chutney. Enjoy this great sauce with family and friends.

Ingredients:
1 red pepper
1 tomato
1 onion
1 cup water
half cup of vinegar,
pepper in grain,
pinch of ginger,
cinnamon
cloves
three tablespoons of sugar
salt
Tabasco, a few drops, or cayenne
Directions:
Chop all the vegetables into squares and put in a saucepan to a boil with remaining ingredients and a glass of water until cooked.
This sauce takes some time kept in the refrigerator.
Personal Suggestion: This sauce can be a very good choice for an entry or an accompaniment to a plate of cheese or meat. Serve this sauce with different types of cheeses and crackers.
