Hello Friends,  i like to cook eggs in different ways, in the next recipe isa great omelet. An omelet is a preparation of beaten egg cooked with butter or oil in a frying pan, usually folded around a filling such as cheese, vegetables, meat, ham or some combination of the above. Enjoy this great breakfast dish in your Mother’s  Day  celebration.

Ingredients:

8 eggs
1 c milk
1/3 tsp seasoned salt
1 pkg smoked sliced ham or beef, in small pieces
1 c shredded cheddar, or mozarella cheese
3 tbsp finely chopped onion

Directions:

Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into greased ablong baking dish or square baking dish.

Cook uncovered in 325 degree oven or until omelet is set and top is golden brow, 30 minutes.

serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: Prepared omelet is great fun, the taste of ham and cheese mix is spectacular. To add more flavor you can also add slices of tomato to the recipe. serve this dish with warm bread and a cup of chocolate.
