Hello friends, the following recipe is an excellent breakfast or brunch dish. In our recipe, we have eggs, I tell you that the egg is formed by structures of different composition: white, yolk and shell. Clearly accounts for 57% of the total weight and is composed mostly of water and protein. The yolk is 31% of the total weight and contains mostly fat and protein. Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1 c dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp melted butter
1 c chopped cooked ham
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Directions:
Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a saucepan.
Add flour and salt and mix well, making a smooth paste.
Add milk slowly to the butteflour mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick, set aside.
Moisten crumbs with 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Into a greased baking dish, put layers of crumbs, white sauce, chopped ham and sliced eggs.
Cover the top with crumbs and bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly.
Personal suggestion: This recipe very easy to cooked, i like to prepare this dish for the sundays breakfast. serve with bread and coffee.
