Hello friends. the next recipe is an amazing recipe from South America, The banana is the fourth most important fruit crop of the world. Latin American and Caribbean produce the bulk of bananas entering the international trade, some 10 million tons of total global 12 million tons. It is considered the main crop of the humid and warm regions of southwest Asia. Consumers appreciate it from the north only as a dessert, but it is an essential part of daily diet for people in more than one hundred tropical and subtropical countries.

Ingredients:
2 green bananas
500 gr. sugar
1 / 2 l. milk
250cc. water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 cinnamon sticks
Cloves

Directions:

Peel the bananas and grated. Bring a pot of boiling water, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. When he begins to boil, add the bananas washed and grated, without stirring.

When you have some consistency, add milk, stirring until the long banana is soft. Remove from heat and let stand until cold.

 

Personal Suggestion: This is a very unusual way of cooking green bananas, almost never the green plantain is used in dessert recipes, i surprised myself with the end result of this dessert. You can sprinkle with cinnamon and ice cold if you prefer.
