Grapefruit and Mint Refresh – Coctails

Title: Grapefruit and Mint Refresh

The grapefruit is a fruit widely consumed for its slimming qualities, both in weight loss diets, and for many people who have taken their usual dose of vitamin C in the morning.

 

Ingredients:

  • 800ml water
  • 200ml of grapefruit juice (natural)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Sugar or sweetener to taste



Directions:

Put water in a saucepan with a sprig of fresh mint and let it boil.

Once it has begun to boil, remove the pan from heat and add the sweetener, dissolving and testing which is the desired point.

Then add grapefruit juice to natural and spend a pitcher. Place it in the refrigerator to cool.

Serve in a wine glass and garnish with mint leaves.

 

Personal Suggestion: Mint like other refreshing herbs such as lemon balm and lemon verbena, can lend its delightful flavor to many drinks, sorbets, ices and fruit desserts.
