Grape Juice – Beverages

Grape juice has the same protective effect against heart disease as red wine. Red wine and certain types of grape juice have high levels of poly-phenols, which block the production of a protein linked to cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death in Western countries.



Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of white grapes, black or red
  • 1 cup water
  • sugar to taste

Directions:

Wash the grapes, if you can cook them in boiling water for 3 minutes.

Process the grapes into a blender or juicer, add the water and sugar.

Strain the juice and serve immediately.

Personal suggestion: Grape juice is a very refreshing drink is ideal for a hot day. if you want a stronger taste, you can process more fruit and not add water.
