Title: Ginger and Pineaple Sauce

Hello friends.The pineapple and ginger sauce we can come very well on these occasions that we would like to add an original sauce that enhances the flavor of any dish. Ginger has been traditionally used as a spice and remedy for the Eastern world to treat various ills and ailments, which has led its expansion to the West, which now enjoys great popularity, the distinctive flavor of ginger to combine food with sauces and soups more delicate.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger juice
1 can of 225 g. pineapple syrup
4 tablespoons of sugar cane
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 sticks of celery
2 carrots

Directions:

Mix the soy sauce, corn flour, ginger, 4 tablespoons of the syrup from the pineapple and sugar in a saucepan.

Then cooked in the oven until it boils, stirring all the time.

Add the vinegar and cook 2 minutes more.

Turn off heat and leave to cool.

Almost to finish the sauce, add also the celery and carrots.  (cut diagonally  a short and very thin strips).

Finally add the pineapple cut into small squares well.

Personal Suggestion: Enjoy this great sauce for a especial dish, we can use this pineapple and ginger sauce to accompany the gluten to the plate or the batter tempeh.
