Garlic Pasta - Vegetarian Food

Dear friends, this time we will learn to prepare this delicious garlic pasta. Garlic is from central and southern Asia from where it spread to the Mediterranean area and the rest of the world. Garlic besides being an indispensable condiment popular in the kitchen is the basis of certain culinary.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup margarine
- 2 tsp. Dried Basil; Crushed
- 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 8 oz Fettuccine
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
Directions:
Make the pasta according to the package directions and add 1 tsp. of olive oil. Set apart.
In a large skillet, melt the margarine and add the basil, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt. Blend well.
In a large bowl mix fettuccine and garlic mixture and toss to coat well.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Personal suggestion: Serve this dish with a green salad and garlic bread. You can use all kind of pasta for this recipe.
