Garlic Chicken - Meat

The following is a delicious chicken dish with garlic, one of the simplest chicken recipes to make, yet one of the best.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, approx 2kg and a half.
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 cup dry white wine (250cc.)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- Oil
- Salt, pepper
Directions:
Wash chicken, dry and cut into eighths.Let the whole garlic cloves with the skin.
Place 2 or 3 tablespoons oil in a skillet and when hot add the split chicken pieces and seal them. As they are pulling up golden finish.
Add the garlic whole with skin along with the white wine. Add the paprika and then sealed the chicken pieces. Season to taste.
Stir in broth and cook over low heat about an hour. Before serving add the chopped parsley.
Personal suggestion: Serve this dish hot, you can serve it with mashed potatoes and vegetables cooked in the oven.
