The fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidant substances with very beneficial to health. In this case, fruit salads are prepared and completed with yogurt, which will ultimately contribute to protein and calcium.
Ingredients:
- 2 pears
- blocks
- 2 bananas
- 2 tangerines or small oranges
- ½ lemon
- 2 natural or flavored yogurt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
First peel the fruit.
Pears and apples are cut into cubes and sliced bananas.
Cut in half the sections of the tangerines or small oranges .
In a bowl mix the frujtas with a little lemon juice gives flavor and prevents further darkening.
Then add 4 tablespoons sugar and mix.
Allow to marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes.
Yogurt, plain or flavored, is distributed into 4 goblets or bowls.
Before serving, these bowls will be placed on the fresh fruit salad.
