Hello Friends, the next recipe is a very healthy recipe with rich flavor and color contrast with the fruits, a good choice of appetizer for Mother’s day breakfast. Fruits are the foods most striking for its diversity of colors and shapes. But besides showing what at first glance, are part of a larger quantity of food nutrients and natural substances highly beneficial to health.
Ingredients:
1 Apple,sliced
1 Mango, peeled and sliced
1 peaches, or nectarine, sliced or diced
1 Bananas, sliced at an angle
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
4 Strawberries, sliced
1 Orange, juice
2 tbsp Honey
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
Combine the orange juice and honey and pour over the fruit.
Serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: This fruit salad is delicious, I love it. You can use it as a breakfast drink or dinner. You can also add or remove some fruits of your choice.
