The wan-tun are a kind of fried meat-filled packets. It is an Asian recipe that can carry more ingredients such as Thai fish sauce and garlic paste. Enjoy  the  next  recipe  with  family and  friends.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams ground pork
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 spring onion chopped (green part)
  • 2 shallots chopped
  • 1 egg
  • A few drops of soy sauce
  • Masses for wan-tun

Directions:

Mix all ingredients (except the masses) in a bowl.

Fill each dough with a little of the stuffing.

Paint the edges with a little water, and forming wan-tun, ensuring that they fit well.

Fry in abundant oil, heated for 7-10 minutes, or until golden.

Serve with any sweet and sour sauce.

Personal suggestion: Garnish with strips of tender onions and serve hot with chili sauce or plum, or both if you prefer. usually served with white rice with ginger.
