Fried Pumpkin - Italian Food

The origin of the pumpkin is uncertain, but appears to come from South Asia, that there came to Central America to spread around the country from north to south. The Spanish colonists brought it to Spain in the fifteenth century and then spread throughout Europe. It is now cultivated throughout the world, mainly in the areas of warmer climates.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg pumpkin
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp rosemary
Directions:
Remove peel and seed squash.
Then cut into fairly thin slices.
Take a half glass of oil pan with a couple of cloves of garlic.
when the garlic begins to fry, remove from pan and add the pumpkin.
Garnish with salt, pepper and rosemary, stir occasionally but gently to avoid breaking too pumpkin slices.
Cook for fifteen minutes and serve.
Personal suggestion: This recipe is very basic but has a special flavor, is a very easy to prepare an appetizer. Serve with if you want ham or bacon or sausage.
