Fried Plantain – Asian Food

Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Oil
Directions:
Peel bananas and cut into 5 pieces each. Beat the egg and mix with flour and some water.
