Four Cheese Pasta – Italian Food

Hello friends. Emmental is a cheese of Swiss origin, like cheese gruyer, made from cow’s milk, and with characteristic holes. It is a Swiss alpine cheese that comes from the Emme River valley (tal means valley in German). The name of emmental is a generic term that designates the type of cheese, regardless of their place of production. Enjoy this great pasta recipe with family and friends.



Ingredients:
240 gr. pasta
50 gr. Roquefort cheese
100 gr. mushrooms
Butter
1 brick of cream
50g cheddar cheese
100gr of Emmental cheese
100g Parmesan cheese
Oregano

Directions:

Bring a large saucepan with water, salt and a few drops of olive oil and set on fire.

While water heats, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in a little butter.

After boiling water, add pasta. Allow about 10 minutes (or according to package directions).

Add the cream to the mushrooms. Then, when the cream is hot, add the Roquefort cheese, shredded cheddar and elementary to very low heat. Stir well to melt and until it becomes a thick sauce.

Drain the pasta and put into a bowl. Pour the sauce and stir. Put the grated parmesan cheese on top and put in the oven at 210 º for 5-10 minutes.
