Hello friends. If there is a country which needs to be thanked by the world production of cheese, is undoubtedly the Netherlands. This prosperous country in Europe has been responsible since medieval times to produce the finest cheeses of the world and in different varieties that currently can be found in any market on five continents. the following recipe is an amaizing appeizer for a Italian Dinner.
Ingredients:
250 gr. Dutch cheese,
240 gr. mozzarella cheese,
100 gr. butter
3 cups yogurt
2 goat’s-milk cheese,
2 cup of brandy,
parsley
onion tender
tarragon
Directions:
Chop the mozzarella cheese and the Dutch, crush the goat’s-milk cheese.
Chop the herbs and reserv.
Mix in a bowl all cheeses, working together with the yogurt and butter and perfumed with herbs.
When the mixture is well blended and form little balls and put in the refrigerator.
If you want to make this easier, you can pile the mixture on a dome and make it cool. At the last minute, the ball can be passed by a chopped herbs. Serve very cold.
Personal Suggestion: Serve these delicious balls with a vinaigrette prepared with balsamic vinegar and acompañelas also with Arabic bread. Enjoy this great appetizer with your family and friends.
