Fish Meatballs - Appetizers

Our recipe today is simply tasty and nutritious because they are a fish balls that serve as appetizers. served with baked potatoes and vegetables form a good hot meal and healthy eating.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of raw fish
- 2 bell peppers finely chopped
- 2 white onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- chopped sweet peppers
- Chopped cilantro to taste
- pounds potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Pepper and salt to taste
Directions:
In a food processor, grind the fish, placed in a container and add them to the onion, garlic, bread crumbs, potatoes, eggs, peppers, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Knead well and form meatballs the size of an egg. They get to fry in hot oil, turning to brown pairs.
Personal Suggestion: These meatballs are served as an appetizer, served with boiled cassava, potato french or boiled if you prefer.
