Fettuccine Alfredo With Salmon – Pasta

Tittle: Fettuccine Alfredo with Salmon

Ingredients:

4 packages shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
2 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon pepper, divided use
4 packages Fettucini whit alfredo sauce
8 salmon fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt



Directions:
Cook fettuccine alfredo sauce in microwave at medium power for 1 minute. Add pasta, and microwave 9 more minutes. Add to mushroom mixture, and toss. Keep warm.

Saute mushrooms in hot oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside.

Sprinkle salmon evenly with remaining pepper and salt.

Grill salmon, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350°) 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve over fettuccine mixture.
