Hello Friends, this next recipe “English Muffins Pizza” is an easy and delicious pizza recipe. Muffins are a very quick baking bread and have become a tea table staple. They are usually split, toasted, buttered and then used with a savoury or sweet filling. Enjoy this great muffin recipe with your family.
Ingredients:
6 English muffins, halved
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp Fresh chopped basil
½ cup mushrooms, sliced
1 small Tomato, diced
200 grams Cooked chicken chunks
1 to 1 1/2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Heat oven 375F.
Foil up a pan. Place the English muffins on top of the pan.
Spread the Alfredo sauce in the muffins, add basil and the other ingredients.
Top the pizzas with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted.
Personal Suggestion: The Muffins pizza is a different option to bake a pizza, it is very easy to prepare, if you don’t like Alfredo sauce you can change it for a tomato sauce. You can add too some sauce after you bake the pizzas for a different look.
