England Buding - Christmas Food

In England there is a long tradition that is more marked at the time of Christmas: eat the classic English pudding. A delicious cake baked with raisins, nuts and whatever fruit we like to throw. There’s no table or Christmas Eve dinner where you do not miss this delicious Christmas cake.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chopped candied fruit
- ½ cup raisins
- cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup chopped candied cherries
Directions:
Whisk the butter. Add the sugar and then the 4 eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Mix separate the flour, baking powder, chopped candied fruit, raisins, walnuts and chopped cherries. Adding to the previous preparation, mixing well.
Use a buttered loaf pan and pour the mixture, trying not to distribute it in the center pile.
Carry moderate oven for 1 hour 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
Personal Suggestion: We can incorporate almonds, cherries, dates. This Buding is ideal to prepare it two days before Christmas and gift it to your friends.
