Title: Egg Omelet with Roquefort

This recipe is especially desirable for all cheese lovers, especially for those who like blue cheese.For its strong, intense flavor and odor is unpleasant for some people and good for others. Usually the food smells great taster of what qualifies as a delicious cheese flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • 200 grams of Roquefort cheese
  • salt

Directions:

First, soften in microwave 100g crumbly Roquefort cheese and the other 100 gr.

Beat eight eggs to make omelette with a little salt (very little), a little pepper and nutmeg. Then to this mixture add a tablespoon of cream.

Add the softened cheese and curdle the tortilla in the pan, which have previously put a tablespoon of oil to heat.

Then fold it like an omelet it were, and finally garnish with crumbled cheese on top.

Serve immediately to keep cool.

Personal Suggestion: This omelet is a great recipe for a weekend breakfast, accompanies this dish with different types of bread and a hot drink like coffee or if you prefer  an orange juice.
