Drop Biscuits – Appetizers
Tittle: Drop Biscuits
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup white flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons butter — softened
1/4 cup milk (or more if needed)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Measure flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add butter to bowl and rub butter into flour with your fingers or fork. Add milk to make a thick batter, stirring only until dough sticks together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes in preheated oven.
Personal Suggestion: For a hot appetizer, roll each piece of dough in soft butter, then in grated parmesan cheese, bake in hot oven 8 minutes. These Drop Biscuits are very easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.
