Hello friends, the following recipe is a delicious and healthy cucumber dressing. Ingredients:

1 large cucumber
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon mint

Directions:

Wash, peel and cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

Cut in half and then in a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, salt and chopped mint.

Pour the mixture over cucumbers.

Serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: This dressing is very refreshing, perfect to accompany grilled chicken or beef.  If you want to use as a dinner appetizer, you can serve with garlic bread.
