Hello friends. The coconut is a food rich in fiber and potassium as well as copper, zinc, iron, folic acid and phosphorus. There are also vitamin E and B group vitamins Being rich in minerals and sugars, is an energy food. Its oil is the vegetable fat with a higher rate of saturated fatty acids. Its flesh is dried and ground to produce soaps and cosmetics and oil it extracts a high commercial value. Enjoy this great cookies recipe with family and friends.

Ingredients:
400g sugar
6 egg whites
200g flaked coconut
25g flour
grated orange.
Coverage white c/n (optional)

Directions:

Mix half the sugar with the clear, flaked coconut and grated orange in a container suitable for flame.

Bring the fire and toast leading the preparation at a temperature between 80 and 90 º C.

Add the remaining sugar and mix well.

Add flour and mix, set apart and cool this preparation.

Take portions of dough and biscuits shaped arm with your hands.

Bake at 170 º C for approximately 10 minutes.

Once cookies are cool, dip in white chocolate covering.

 

Personal Suggestion: These cookies are delicious and their preparation is very simple. The children love their sweet flavor. Serve with a glass of cold milk.
