Cream Punch – Christmas Food
Title: Cream Punch

Level: Easy

The punch cream is a creamy liqueur, made from egg, retains its flavor, color and consistency at room temperature for long. It is a sweet drink, soft and with a high nutritional level.
Ingredients:

- 1 box pudding
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 cup brandy or rum
Directions:
Stir the custard powder, milk and egg yolks.
Put on low heat and continue stirring.
Leave to cool the mixture and Strain to remove lumps.
Put in blender and add the condensed milk and liqueur.
Put the cream punch in a bottle and refrigerate.
Personal Suggestion: You can serve it in a glass with some crushed ice and, if you prefer, instead of the pudding, you can use peaches from a can of peaches in syrup.
