Crab Melt - Appetizer’s
Title: Crab Melt

Ingredients:
1/2 pound fresh crab meat
1/4 pound butter, softened
1 pot cheese spread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 shallot finely chopped
4 English muffins
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
Combine the butter and cheese until blended, add salt, shallots and mayonnaise. Stir in crab meat.
Cut each English muffin in half. Spread each round with crab mixture spreading out consistently. Add the parmesan cheese.
Place on a baking sheet and freeze until firm, (it’s better for easy cut), slice each round into 4 wedges. Broil until light brown. Serve immediately.
Personal Suggestion: This is an amazing appetizer. If you want a complete meal, you can serve with fried potatoes and spinach salad. Yummy and perfect for a light dinner.
