Ingredients:
10 eggs
50 g onion
80 g tomatoes
salt to taste
Directions:
Put a saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Gently fry the onion until looks clear.
Add the chopped tomato, cook for 1 minute, add the salt.
Place eggs in a bowl and stir until a uniform mixture.
Add the beaten eggs and mix until three-quarters of the mixture is cooked and one-quarter is still liquid. (2 minutes).
