Hello friends. the next recipe is a traditional potato salad recipe from Colombia. Contrary to what many people think the pope does not produce or potato fat. Ingredients:
10 regular sized potatoes
1 large onion (round)
1 small packet of ham
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
½ teaspoon pepper
Sprigs of curly parsley
1 small packet of parmesan cheese
Directions:
Start with a pot for cooking potatoes capacity by adding a little salt and let cook until fairly soft. Then remove the water and cool.
Take onions and cut into slices and place it with a little lemon in warm water for half an hour.
Then split the potatoes into large squares and put it in a large bowl and add mayonnaise to taste, sprinkle the peppe.
Add the ham in chips and mix thoroughly.
Serve to put the parsley on top as garnish.
Personal Suggestion: This salad is traditionally served to accompany the dishes on Christmas, however it is very suitable to accompany red meat dishes and chicken. Enjoy this great recipe with family and friends.
