Cold Oatmeal – Beverage
Title: Cold Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of the most comprehensive grain. For their energy and nutrient qualities has been the staple food of peoples and civilizations eat the Scottish, Irish and some Asian mountain villages.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 6 cups fresh water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cloves
- Sugar to taste
- Milk to taste
- Ice to taste
Directions:
In a medium saucepan place the oats, water, cinnamon and cloves.
Bring the fire and, over medium heat and stirring all the time, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add sugar to taste, make sure it was dissolved.
Remove and let cool. At serving time add enough fresh milk and ice.
Personal Suggestion: The secret of this beverage is to serve it very cold.
