Cook time: 15 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 4

Hello Friends, this next recipe “chocolate cups” is a delicious beverage recipe. No one knows with certainty the origins of the cacao tree. Some theories suggest that the spread started in the land of tropical South America, in the Orinoco River or the Amazon River, gradually spreading up to the southeast of Mexico. What is fact is that the earliest evidence of human use can be found in Mexican territory, which was long occupied by pre-Hispanic cultures.  Enjoy this great hot beverage with your family.

Ingredients:
500 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of cream
1 litter of milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
100 grams sugar

Directions:

Mix the cornstarch with half the sugar and some water

In a saucepan bring milk, cream, remaining sugar and starch mixture.

Cook until it is about to boil, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Be careful not to put the fire too high.

Then bring to a boil again, ensuring that you are no lumps in the preparation and the chocolate is well melted.

Serve hot.

Personal Suggestion: This is a great beverage for a winter day. You can serve this chocolate with cookies, bread and mozzarella cheese.
