Hello Friends, Cheesecakes are pies made from sugary cheese.they are generally made with soft, fresh cheeses,sugar, eggs, flour, and liquids are often mixed in as well. Typically,the filling covers a crust, which may be pastry, cookie, or any biscuit. in this case we did a change to the classic recipe and add chocolate to create a new flavor that is the combination of cheese and chocolate.

Ingredients:
Graham-Nut crust
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 pkgs cream cheese
2/3 c sugar
1/3 c milk
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Place chocolate chips in glass bowl, microwave on high two minutes or until chips are partially melted.

Remove from oven, stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Place cream cheese in large glass mixer bowl; microwave on high one minute or until softened. Beat with mixer until smooth.

Add sugar, milk and salt; mix weel.

Gradually pour in chocolate, beating on low speed until well blended.

Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Microwave on medium six to seven minutes or until very hot and mixture has begun to thicken; stir well every two minutes.

Whisk to evenly blend the mixture. Pour over crust.

Microwave on medium seven to nine minutes or until center is almost set; rotate one-fourth turn every two minutes. (center firms as it cools.)

Cool, chill completely.

Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

Personal Suggestion: I love cheesecake, this one in particular has a great flavor, you can serve this dessert with sliced peaches and whipped cream too. Enjoy this great recipe for your Mother’s day celebration.
