Chocolate Cake with Ice Cream - Desserts

Chocolate has become one of the gastronomic pleasures are more widespread in the world. Anyone can enjoy the wide assortment of chocolates being produced. 70% of cocoa, its main ingredient, is derived from equatorial Africa, where countries like Ivory Coast, the world’s largest producer and Ghana are highly dependent on exports to the major manufacturers of chocolate and cocoa derivatives: U.S., Germany, United Kingdom, France and Brazil.
Ingredients:
- 170g black chocolate
- 60 g butter
- 140 g grated coconut
- 50 g sugar or brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons whole milk
Directions:
Put the chocolate in a saucepan, butter and milk in a bowl and heat in a saucepan of water (water bath) on a low heat until everything is melted.
Remove from heat and add sugar and grated coconut. Put the mixture into a bowl, and squeeze in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Place over ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry), cut and serve.
Personal suggestion: You can garnish with fresh mint leaves. To make it more complete, this dessert can be served with forest fruits (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries).
