Nuts are very energetic and high in protein, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Nuts help prevent heart disease because it helps lower bad cholesterol LDL. Due to its unsaturated fat content, especially linoleic acid.

Ingredients:

  • 275 grams of chocolate fondant
  • 175 grams of chopped cookies
  • 175 grams of butter
  • 50 grams chopped walnuts
  • 50 grams of puffed rice
  • 75 grams currants
  • 5 tablespoons honey

Directions:

In a heat resistant bowl put the chopped chocolate party, honey, and butter.

We put on a pot of hot water and melted all the ingredients over low heat, mixing well.

Add the puffed rice, nuts, cookies and raisins.

Use a square or rectangular pan lined with greaseproof paper.

Pour in the mixture and pressed it against the bottom and walls so that the mold fits well impregnated.

Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, after which the mold removed carefully and cut into desired size bars.


Personal Suggestion: The cereal bars are very practical to carry in your bag and eat in the office or sending our children to something different and delicious in their lunchbox.
