Good morning dear friends, this time we will learn to prepare this delicious dessert of pears with chocolate, this dessert is very unique for its mix of flavors.The pear is a fruit whose origins are in the countries of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. Pear’s major producers are China, Italy, USA, Spain and Argentina. This fruit needs something warm and humid climates.
Ingredients:
- 100 gr. chocolate
- 4 pears
- 1/2 cup sweet white wine
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup of liquid cream
Directions:
Peel the pears and cut in half.
Cut into slices and place in a saucepan with sugar and wine.
Cook about 5 minutes.
When tender remove from heat and drain third part.
Split them into squares and reserved.
Grind the rest of the pear with your screen until it is cooked as a sauce.
Melt the chocolate chips with cream.
Incorporate pear sauce to chocolate and stir.
Add the pear pieces previously cut, pour into a glass bowl, cool and serve.
Personal suggestion: For this dessert you can use almost any chocolate I particularly like using the black semi-sweet chocolate for this recipe.
