The chicken, which always goes well with everything, is beautifully combined with the apple. Besides being a simple dish to prepare and quick, it is also economic. The apple sauce is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts flat
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 2 apples, one green and one red
  • 30g raisins

Directions:

Finely chop the celery, onion, garlic and carrot and fry in hot oil, pouring a little water if dry lot. Remove the vegetable oil and keep aside.

Mix the flour with the curry mixture and pass through the chicken. Thoroughly wash the apples and cut into thin hulls. Put raisins in warm water.

Brown chicken in oil that vegetables browned, add the apples and drained raisins.

Put vegetables back in pan, add the cream, a pinch of salt and heat briefly. Sprinkle over chicken. Serve with white rice.

Personal Suggestion: This dish is ideal to accompany with white rice and some potatoes with parsley.
