Maple syrup or honey maple candy is made from the sap of maple. It is usually combined with pancakes but can also be used as an ingredient for baking and preparing desserts. The real maple syrup comes from Canada and the northern United States, especially New England and the state of New York.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 125 ml maple syrup
  • 50 ml of chili sauce
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 15 ml prepared mustard
  • 5 ml Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Sauce:

Mix maple syrup, chili sauce, onion, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a little deeper.

Chicken:

Spread the chicken wings in the mixture and make them marinate, cover and keep at least four hours in the refrigerator.

Turn the chicken wings from time to time.

Grilling in the oven or grilled, wetting occasionally with the sauce and heat until well done.

Serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: You can serve these wings with French or baked fries and a cabbage slow salad. Enjoy  this  easy  and  tasty  recipe.
