Chicken Teriyaki - Asian Food

The Teriyaki is a cooking technique of Japanese cuisine in which food is roasted (baked or grilled) in a marinade of soy sauce sweet. The word “teriyaki” derives from the word “teri”, which refers to the brightness that gives the sauce, and “yaki”, which refers to the cooking method (grilled).
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts cut into medium boxes (preferred)
- cut into julienne 1 red pepper
- 1cebolla big cut in julienne
- 5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki glazed rooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oil (preferably having soy, sesame, corn)
Directions:
In a large skillet or a wok (much better) Heat oil and add the chicken, the pan must be hot.
Throughout the cooking, the wok must be very hot, stir the chicken, let it fry for three minutes or until cooked to medium.
Add the pepper and onion into strips.
Then add the soy sauce, teriyaki and the teriyaki glaze (the glaze teriyaki sauce in the same but much thicker). Cook for one more minute and serve.
Personal Suggestion: The chicken must be served on a layer of white rice, you can add other vegetables if you prefer such as beans and broccoli.
