Hello friends, the next recipe “Chicken Salad Sandwich” is a great lunch option, the sandwich has chicken a little of fresh tomatoes and celery.  The celery is considered an excellent food regulator and also has cooling properties, many minerals and a good amount of fiber. Enjoy this delicious sandwich recipe with your family.

Ingredients:

1 cup skinless light chicken meat, cubed
2 tabp low-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped celery
2 small tomatoes
4 slices whole grain bread
salt and pepper to taste

Direction:

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, tomato and celery.

Add some salt and pepper.

Place the mixture between two slices of bread.

Cut in half and serve on a plate.

 

Personal Suggestion: The Chicken salad sandwich is a very easy recipe its  perfect  for a lunch box for children. You can prepare it too for a lunch or snack. I like to add  some black olives and sun-dried tomatoes.  Serve this dish with chip potatoes.
