Chicken Fingers – Halloween

Title: Chicken Fingers
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 10

This is a fun recipe for children in their day of Halloween. Chicken meat brings us not only its high biological value protein, necessary for children to grow healthy and strong, and for us adults enjoy a high quality protein intake without increased fat intake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless chicken breast, skinless
  • 5 or 6 ounces of potato chips flavored with Bar-BQ, or regular sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

If the breast is very thick shorten it by cutting in half lengthwise with a knife or give a few blows with a mallet to make it finer.

Cut the breast into strips.

In a plastic bag that can be closed, put tritúralas with chips and a tablespoon or with your hands.

In a small bowl beat the egg with the water and passes the bits of chicken mixture.

Put the chicken pieces in bag with chips for these and then hit him put them on a baking sheet or ungreased cookie on a tray you can do with foil.

Bake about 20 minutes turning occasionally during cooking. Serve with your favorite sauce.

Personal Suggestion: Personally I like to serve these fingers with honey mustard sauce, but you can serve with the barbecue sauce or pink sauce.
