Chicken Croquettes - Mexican Food

The chicken nuggets are an excellent resource when they were leftover baked chicken, as an appetizer or a summer dinner.
Ingredients:
Croquettes:
- 500 g ground chicken
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chicken
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 cups oil
Dressing:
- 1 can cream
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions:
Croquettes:
Mix chicken with egg, parsley, onion and chicken.
Form patties, transfer them with flour, egg, bread crumbs and fry them in hot oil.
Dressing:
Blend the cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, onion and parsley, until all ingredients are well mixed.
Personal Suggestion: Serve the croquettes with salad and sauce aside or over the croquettes.
