Cherries In Port Wine - Desserts

Port wine, wine belongs to the genre known as fortified wines. These wines were born in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, as a result of the addition of brandy to the wine when fermentation is underway.
Ingredients:
- 650 grams cherries
- 1 cup water
- 125 grams sugar
- 1/2 cup white port wine
- 1 unit lemon rind
- 1 stick cinnamon sticks
Directions:
Wash the lemon rind and place in saucepan with water, sugar and cinnamon stick, bring the fire and cook until a syrup is melted.
Wash cherries and pitted.
Incorporate them into the saucepan with the syrup, drizzle with the port and cook over low heat until cherries are tender but not too soft (time will depend upon the maturity thereof).
Let stand several hours before serving.
Personal Suggestion: This dessert is delicious. A new culinary concept, a total spectacle that brings unusual sensations through the five senses.
