The souffle is a light meal prepared in the oven made with beaten eggs and mix with other ingredients and served as a main dish or as an appetizer. This cheese souffle is a rich and practical option to eat a delicious and easy dish to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8 Clare
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 300 g Gouda cheese streaked
  • Provolone cheese 150 gr
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

Brown the onion in butter, add flour alternately with milk, egg yolks, season and cook until it forms a thick cream.

Take it back and add the cheeses and the clear striped about to snow.

Pour into a buttered baking dish and floured and bake until a knife to enter, this comes out clean. Serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: Although the cheese souffle alone is a dish, sometimes served with green salad, roasted peppers, mushrooms and spinach salad.
