Cheese Lasagna – Italian Food

Title: Cheese Lasagna
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Level: Easy
Serving: 4

The lasagna is a type of pasta that is served in sheets interspersed with different kinds of meats and sauces. This dish is of Italian origin, considered as a main dish, is usually eaten in winter or cold periods in spring.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 45 gr. shredded cheese
  • 350 gr. mushroom stew
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 package lasagna
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 500 cc. milk
  • 8 slices of gouda cheese

Directions:

Boil the pasta for 20 minutes in boiling salted water.

Prepare a bechamel sauce previously dissolving the flour in a little milk.

Heat the remaining milk with the butter, season and add the nutmeg.

When starting a boil add the flour and let cook a few minutes, stirring constantly.

In a baking lasagna fits well where to put two tablespoons of bechamel, a layer of lasagna, a layer of cheese and a cream sauce.

Repeat until the lasagna is completed.

Finish with a layer of bechamel sauce with grated cheese.

Fill the oven for 15 minutes.

Personal Suggestion: Serve with cooked mushrooms and sprinkled with chopped parsley. Additionally I like to prepare garlic bread and dinner accompanied with a glass of wine.
