These cauliflower cakes are a way to eat vegetables that may not be our favorite. This vegetable originated on the island of Cyprus and we recognize it comes bundled in the shape of flowers, usually white.It provides fiber, vitamin C, vitamin B and high in iron, is very good source of sodium and potassium.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grs. shredded cheese
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3 eggs
  • Flour (as needed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Canola oil

Directions:

Cook the cauliflower in hot water with salt.

Once cooked drain the water, flatten with a fork and form patties with cauliflower and cheese together.

In a separate bowl, stand in the way of nougat eggs with yolks.

Once formed the cakes are put flour, is piped through the egg and cook in hot oil.

Personal Suggestion: These cakes can be served as an appetizer at any dinner, you can add pepper if you want if you want a spicy taste.
