This Seafood lasagna is a wonderful dish to serve guests either at a lunch or for a dinner party. I have served this dish to my best friends, and they have all asked for the recipe always.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 paquetede washed chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 9 sheets of pasta for lasagna, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 pound medium shrimp, fresh or frozen, cleaned
  • 2 cans of crab meat (crab), drained, crumbled

The eggplant is native to India where it is cultivated for over 4,000 years. He arrived in Spain during the Middle Ages. Eggplant contains 90% water, low fat, fiber (if taken with skin) and low in calories, so it is recommended /in slimming diets. It is advisable to salt the eggplant pulp few minutes before cooking to remove the bitterness. Remember to always wash it well before firing in order to remove excess salt.

  • 2 courgettes

  • 1 onion
