While the potato is a very good food, there are many people who claim that the potato is fattening and therefore eliminate it from your daily diet. The pope, if not mixed with another meal, not fattening, since, for every 100 grams of potato, we have only 70 calories.

Lentil is a standard dish in a lot of Colombian kitchens, the “chorizo” sausage gives the soup extra flavor. This is a very substantial soup that would make a delicious and complete meal for the whole family.
