Ingredients:
½ cup strawberries, half
3 teaspoons sugar substitute
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 / 8 teaspoon salt
1 cup skim milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions:
Place strawberries in the bottom of 4 baking molds.
Mix the sugar, cornstarch and salt in a small pot.
Add the milk. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla and pour over strawberries.
Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on each container.
Place in preheated oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the sugar is melted.
Serve immediately.
