Hello Friends, this next recipe “Carrot Soup”. Is a great soup for children’s. The carrot is a vegetable that has many advantages in the food of all people, regardless of age. The carrot has higher carbohydrate content than other vegetables. Being a root absorbs nutrients and assimilates in the form of sugars. The content of these sugars decreased after cooking, and increases with maturation. Enjoy this great soup recipe with your family.

Ingredients:
2 carrot, grated
1 medium onion
2 bay leaf
50 g noodles
2 tbsp oil
Salt

Directions:

Chop the onion.

In a medium saucepan cook the onion for 2 minutes, add the bay leaves and grated carrot.

Cover with water and let cook until the carrot is tender. About 5 minutes.

Passing the mixture to a blender or food processor and stir everything.

Put again the mixture into the saucepan, add the noodles and a little more water or broth (if necessary) and cook and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes or until the noodles are ready.

Serve immediately.

Personal Suggestion: This soups is delicious and healthy, has a nice flavor and color for kids. You can serve this soup with grilled chicken and a mashed potatoes for a complete lunch or dinner for your kids.
