Ingredients:


2 lb.bulk breakfast sausage
16 eggs
Shredded Cheese
Sliced avocado
Sour Cream
Salsa
8 flour tortillas

Directions:

Fry sausage in a skillet. Drain off fat and pat dry with a paper towel. Break eggs in a bowl and scramble with a fork. Add eggs to skillet with sausage in it. Cook on medium heat until fluffy. Top with cheese.

Heat the tortillas in microwave on a plate covered with a paper towel. Fill each tortilla with an adequate amount of egg/sausage mixture and garnish with sliced avocado, and sourcream sauce. Serve already.

Personal Suggestion: Cook burritos are a standard when it comes to quick mid-day meals, weekends on the run, or any other time that we need something to fix in a hurry. Join it with an orange juice.
