Title: Burger Roll with cheese and bacon

The following recipe is a new version of the classic cheeseburger that all kids love. this time we will use pizza dough and we will prepare some delicious rolls for the whole family.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef, lean
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pound of cheese cut into cubes 1/2 inch
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Directions:

Cook stirring occasionally, ground beef, bacon and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is evenly browned, drain fat. Put meat mixture back in the skillet.

Add the cheese, cook until completely melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, reserve.

Unroll and stretch the pizza dough on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Press it to form a 15×8-inch rectangle. Cover it evenly with meat mixture.

Wrap the dough, starting with one of the long sides. If necessary, arrange them so that the seam of the roll is down on the baking sheet.

 

Personal Suggestion: Complement this delicious cheeseburger with a green salad and assorted fresh fruit.
